Bereitstellung von LiquidFeedback für die Brasilianische Piratenpartei
Beschlussvorlage für Vorstand
Der Vorstand beschließt der brasilianischen Piratenpartei eine LiquidFeedback-Instanz unter https://lqpp.de/int/br/ zu Testzwecken zur Verfügung zu stellen. Untenstehendes Anschreiben soll in Form eines offenen Briefes an die brasilianischen Piraten sowie die internationale Piratenbewegung gerichtet werden.

Dear fellow Pirates
This text is originally an answer to the Brazilian Pirate Party which has requested aid and information about using our liquid democracy tool "LiquidFeedback" in their own organisation. We decided to extend that answer to all of our fellow pirates all over the globe.
We are glad and even a bit proud to hear your request about the LiquidFeedback software. We are happy to tell you that our executive board has decided to provide a testing environment for your purposes hosted on our server.
It was encouraging for us to hear that the Brazilian Pirates are dedicated to democracy and direct participation within their organisation. Using LiquidFeedback would be another step in that direction. In Germany the principles of liquid democracy have already been written into the statutes of the Berlin state branch. We hope that the Brazilians will have an equally good experience with LiquidFeedback as we did so far.
We'd like to help you out on further steps into liquid democracy. If at some point you decide to set up your own independent system, we would like to guide you through the process. Meanwhile we will upgrade and maintain your instance.
We would appreciate getting your feedback and also provide any help and advise we can give you.

Nachtrag: Überarbeitetes Anschreiben
Obenstehendes Schreiben wurde gemäß Vorstandsbeschluss von Maha überarbeitet:

We are glad and even a bit proud to hear your request about the LiquidFeedback software. We are happy to tell you that our executive board has decided to provide a testing environment for your purposes, hosted on our server.
It is encouraging for us to know that the Brazilian Pirates want to establish participatory democracy and direct participation within their organisation. Using LiquidFeedback will be another step in that direction. In Germany, the principles of liquid democracy are already part of the statutes of the Berlin chapter. We hope that the Brazilians will have an equally good experience with LiquidFeedback as we have had so far.

Auflösung des Squads
Da das Squad seinen ursprünglichen Auftrag der Durchführung eines Liquid Democracy Pilotbetriebs sowie der technischen Vorbereitung eines verbindlichen Einsatzes erfüllt hat, wurde darüber diskutiert, das Squad aufzulösen, und ggf. durch ein oder mehrere konkretere Squads im Kontext von Liquid Democracy im Allgemeinen oder LiquidFeedback im Speziellen zu ersetzen. Eine Entscheidung hierüber wurde jedoch an diesem Tage nicht getroffen.
